An Overview of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018 (Aug)
The Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018, which came into force as legislation on 1st April 2019, creates a specific offence of domestic abuse, strengthening the law and offering greater protection for those experiencing domestic abuse in all its forms.
